Talking about Beowulf, and Grendal.. teacher asks about who Cain is and I very quickly, very excitedly blurt out "THE FIRST MURDERER!!" ... I love Cain and Abel

Same day but we were talking abt old English, and I yap to my friend about the thorn [þ, and eventually looking similar to y] anyway because late thorn looked like a y. It led to the "ye" misconception,, as in "ye olde shoppe" it is pronounced "the old shop"

Talking about the globe theater and how before shows were put on, the audience would make bets on bear-baiting,, teacher asked about what bear-bating is and what could be considered a modern equivalent and I shout "DOG FIGHTING!" .. cuz there was a whole Black Butler episode about it,,, it's where we met Pluto :( [I miss Pluto]

Working on a N. fowleri [brain-eating amoeba] case study, and when our teacher said the case title i let out a very [unintentional] obnoxiously loud gasp [I really like N. fowleri] my classmates were horrified that I was excited about the funny little amoeba but wtv... THE CASW STUDY WASNT EVEN ABOUT IT BEING PARASTIC, IT WAS JUST ABOUT HOW IY MOVES VIA CONTRACTILE VACUOLES </3

On a question of ^^ that case study i got the answer right,, I wrote down the correct answer... however when we went to discuss answers, I was the last one to tell my answer,, and LITERALLY EVERYONE ELSE PICKED ANSWER CHOICE A! Nd because I'm just a wreck I though I got the answer wrong, because everyone else was so decided so I said I went with the same answer everyone said,,, uh sucks to be me guess, cuz answer choice C, the answer I actually picked, the one I originally went with and wrote down,, WAS CORRECT. I WAD CORRECT AND EVERYONE ELSE WAS WRONG !! I'm still very salty about it

Literally saved the class from taking a pop quiz,, one guy forgot the name of this one protein that helps fold new proteins, and after a minute of this dude suffering and a pop quiz threat i very meekly raise my hand and ask "chaperonin..?" .. I was right

Question about why the double membranes of chloroplast and mitochondria are beneficial,, at the time I wasn't entirely sure so I went with the best answer I had at the time "it increase the surface area to volume ratio making it easier and more efficient to metabolize stuff" which is true for cells themself, not necessarily for mitochondrian and chloroplasts,, same concept though nd my teacher just "not necessarily, that's cells themself, but I can tell you did the reading!" ,,, I did not do the reading in fact,, I just retained that knowledge from when i was like,, 11 I think
