For ages untold, humanity has been asking but a single question. Who would win in a fight - Goku or Superman?

The answer is simple. Superman. Why?

Because in his moment of victory, Superman is struck in the back by an energy blast, dropping him to his knees. It's Lex Luthor's newest invention, a cyborg using Kryptonite as a power source and Dr. Gero's notes for the design - Android #K. Piccolo arrives just in time with Senzu Beans for Superman and Goku, but the two prove to be no match for Android #K's incredible power. Batman deploys an aerosol agent that temporarily disrupts Android #K's Kryptonite core just long enough for Goku to teach Superman a new technique. Together they perform the Fusion Dance and combine their power as heir to two legacies. As Kal-Elkarat they have all the strength of a Super Saiyan and all the invincibility of a Kryptonian under a yellow star, without any of their weaknesses. In its final moments, Android #K learns to respect Kal-Elkarat and the people he fights to defend. It is thankful to have met Goku and Superman, who prevented it from wreaking havoc on the world it now understands the beauty of.

had a CATEGORY SIX autism event today in trying to find whether a single entry on the wikipedia list of mega man video games was real. after MUCH RESEARCH I came to the conclusion it simply wasnt but did come out of it rather pissed that it stayed on that page since July of 2013. The Battle of Rochebonn (1917)

In late June, three Vineta-class armored cruisers of the High Seas Fleet sortied, sailing south against the French west coast.

The CA-Vineta class. Quick and heavily armored, but poorly armored.

One small merchant vessel was found, quickly brought under fire, and sunk. Vineta spotted a French destroyer at an approximately 220 degree bearing - the squadron gave chase, but the destroyer outran them. Suddenly, to the rear, they spotted two French battlecruisers quickly approaching.

The Duquesne class. Slower, and scarcely more armored than the Vinetas, but with an even heavier 12-inch main battery. Their wing turrets limited broadside firepower.

The German squadron turned about and immediately engaged the vastly larger vessels. Not long after, Freya was struck by a 12-inch shell and lost with all hands.

But just fifteen minutes later, with shades of Jutland:

Now with an advantage on the lone Dunkerque, Vineta and Hertha chased, trading fire as they neared. Struck, Hertha veered out of line, leaving Vineta chasing Dunkerque past a French coastal batter, which added its fire against the German armored cruiser. Running low on ammunition, Vineta closed in an attempt to torpedo Dunkerque. Instead:

Both ships battered and at low speed, they continued exchanging fire. But not long thereafter:

Dunkerque would limp away before Hertha was able to catch up to her sister ship.

Despite the losses of two armored cruisers, the Battle of Rochebonne would be counted as a victory for the High Seas Fleet, leaving the French with but a single battered capital ship and under a tightening naval blockade.

if vibranium is so indestructible, how do you mine it? how do you smelt and shape it? can you only make cast-vibranium structures by pouring molten vibranium into a mold? in that case, how does t’challa’s suit work? for that matter, what’s the melting point of vibranium? one would think that it absorbing all vibrations would include its own atomic vibrations, so technically all vibranium should be at absolute zero all the time. unless it’s only external vibrations? but i still want to know what the melting point of vibranium is. it’s gotta be pretty goddamn high. like surface-of-the-sun hot. i mean the melting point of tungsten is like 6,000ºF, and if vibranium is as badass as we’ve been told then it’s gotta be higher than that. what are we talking, like, 7k? 10k? the surface of the sun is about 10kºF (i started in fahrenheit and i’m sticking with it, goddammit)

It’s been a really scary and upsetting couple of days, and I super appreciate all my awesome, great friends for being awesome and great.

Today I played Pathfinder for like 6 hours, and then more dumb nerd-games for another 2+ hours.

Nerd self-care is my favorite kind.
