okay okay so,, i put way too much thought into this
I say Silvally’s got a Houndoom torso and back legs, with a Gyarados tail, and a Haxorus’ feet/talons for the front leggies – probably covered in man-made armor, since they’re always super shiny?? or maybe natural armor from Scyther? – an Arcanine’s wild mane assuming that’s fur (if so they musta groomed em qUITE A BIT) and yunno. Since Silvally eATS TYPE CHANGING DISKS in their FACE I’m gonna say that bit is man-made. (Although.. it looks like the base of their face could have been Skarmory’s head? It’s a similar shape.)
