Actually not so much. You have every right to make your url whatever you want. I'll get used to it.
It's more of keeping all my posts organized. Every previous post on my blog has been tagged with your old url. and sometimes I go back and look at random old tags on my blog. So unless I go back and add your new one to all the old posts, they won't all come up. So I keep the old one and add the new one.
