Hi I haven't drawn nerriah in forever so here look wow a poopy drawing for inktober

Also some real simple doodles of Nerriah and Rot, since I haven't drawn them in a while. Plus, I've been wanting to see how I can make Rot more expressive than his usual, grumpy self

My handwriting is garbage so above Nerriah it just says "forgot her arm design" hehe

Y'all know that tag I keep adding that be like #caliphor cuz like that's a story I been working on and the simplest way I can describe it atm is people in a post apocalyptic fantasy world have a bad time when reality fractures beneath the cosmic weight of a primordial being from the old world pretty much breaking everything

anyway yeah here's some sketches of our main characters atm, from left to right we have Viha, Nerriah (or Nero maybe hmm), Colverin, and Rot-Moss

So y'all know that #caliphor tag I use a lot well guess what that's a story I'm writing and the simplest summary I can give in it's current form is "deeply flawed people in a post apocalyptic fantasy world have a bad time when reality starts to fracture under the cosmic weight of a primordial god ruining everything for everybody and it's also somewhat dead"

Anyway here's our cast of main characters in my current draft of the whole thing but without faces, from left to right we got Viha, Nerriah, Colverin, and Rot-Moss

Messed around with Nerriah's design a bit, put her in something more modern and no it's totally not because I low-key forgot what her old design looked like

Sketches of Viha, Nerriah, and the character I have no idea if I've introduced yet, Colverin!!

Colverin, or Cole, is a member of a robotic strike team whose objective is to prevent and/or bring an end to magical storms. Essentially, magic in this universe is more or less a living thing, and it's very temperamental. If it's living space is destroyed or it is otherwise disturbed, it will end up causing a swirling, ground-level hurricane of chaotic energy.

Colverin and his team put a stop to these by utilizing magnetic forces, which disrupt their source of navigation and communication, which will eventually settle the storm.

Anyway, if Nerriah is the brains of the team, and Viha is the brawn, then Colverin is the heart. Yes, he has experience in combat and a decent amount of strategic sense, but not to the extent of his team members. Instead, he's more of a support for the others in combat situations and the such, and otherwise he's the emotional backbone of the team.

Nerriah's back too, along with a new arm design!

Lighting is weird and makes her skin look lighter than it normally is but otherwise I like how this turned out

oh yeah also a new design for nerriah, since I don't post enough of her and I like how I got her hair to look here

sucks that my phone doesn't know how to filter things without making her look white so whee less filters than usual today (if anyone has tips for this I'd love to hear them hnng)
