had my mid res review today for school 2 check in on my progress!! ootd i like having excuses to dress fancy, it makes life feel shiny and special. ignore the bag of cat food at my feet and general disarray of the room around me i hath been busy and not acquired time to clean my room to points of presentability;

it went really good though!!! ^_^ i got some very sweet and thoughtful feedback from my professors, did a little flip through of my work from getting 2 calfarts to now, helped get in tune and more aligned w my purpose. also helped me just realize i am actually on a pretty ok path and what i want to do is apparantly working. dispelled some anxiety that's been clouding me since returning back to school; my trajectory is upwards and i'm gonna find ways to reason with my ambition to achieve what i want to whilst making things enjoyable!!!! FUN!!!! & SINCERE!!!! & PLAYFUL!!!!!! my little changes and efforts have like significantly improved things already so far; like just sharing spaces w other people while working and taking breaks and chatting w friends fuels me so much more than little 1st yr pro isolation is the only way i can get shit done would like to accept. i cant have art as an endurance sport anymore, it killed me and would just be like very ironic with the thematics of the film i wanna set out to make this year lol that in many a way circulates around the idea;

STIILLLLLLL, that film i'm expecting to be 15-20 minutes long and i got begged by one of them to pleassee just like make a 3 minute film and i am Not doing that. i need to shit this bitch out of my system man!!!! i need to shoot this out of my birth canal and give it a little smooch on the head as i cut its umbilical cord!!!! right now it's what i'm meant to do, it's what i'm excited to do, it's want i want to do more of in the future; just need to find workarounds my obstacles and that'll stick with me as some of the most immeasurably valuable learning i'll do here

Why are you so into guns?

I appreciate firearms because they are symbols that represent the history and various cultures of humanity since their conception. One can learn a great many things about a people from its firearms and tools of war or sport. Also, the shooting lifestyle can carry with it strong ideals of morality, responsibility, respect, and metal & physical fitness. Firearms suggest something about the duality of man, in my opinion. They can be feats of great engineering achievement and artistically brilliant, but also devices capable of great indiscriminately destructive power that command unyielding respect from their users.
