Oh, I know how to find the products. It's just that some others I know had mentioned it seemed a bit odd for a blog like this not to have sources, and I was commenting on it. I really did mean no offense: I was neither mean nor insulting to you in any way. My apologies if you're not mature enough to calmly handle a simple statement. Thank you very much for that explanation, unnecessarily passive aggressive as it was.

I'm just going to quote what you messaged with:

There are plenty of ways to address such a topic, and many much more politely and less likely to be taken in offense than how you have approached it (in not only your previous ask but this one also). If you dissected what you said, you would realise how it came off. Really, no one likes having someone come up to them and tell them how well or how should they run their own blog. You should also keep in mind that how one person think it sounds will not be the same as to other parties.

I also do not see how I have to be the only 'mature' one; there's no obligation to that and it would be hypocritical on your end. After all, do not preach what you do not practice. Honestly, if you were, you would have ended it with that first message and leave the case be instead of coming back with another message that would have mostly likely (and has) offended the receiver.

There's more I could address, but I will just leave it with a final note that this will be the last message of yours I will be answering to as I refuse to spam the dashboard and this blog with more of your issues.

tl;dr version: There is plenty of information all around the blog that helps you find the merchandise itself if you cared to look. We do not appreciate you telling us how 'well' we're doing things when this is but a mere hobby and we're volunteering this information freely and by using our own time to provide it.

News:

Noun

Newly received or noteworthy information, esp. about recent or important events.

A broadcast or published report of news.

Let's go deeper:

We are here to share news -- information -- about the product itself.

Frankly, the type of 'news' and information varies depending on whoever is sharing it; there is no specific guideline on how we are supposed to go about things and we will include whichever information we see fit or have time for. Just like how tv news report on stories and events but in no way do they actually source up every piece of information they find or where you can find it etc etc.

If you bothered to look, we do help people find the merchandise. It's not direct as we don't believe in spoon-feeding, but if you took a look around and use the information provided then it's easy to find.

For example, we've had a FAQ link on the front page for a while now where you will find tagged posts of questions received. If you cared to take a look, you will find information on where and how to find the merchandise easily.

Not to mention, I had written two lengthy replies on how to search up products and even linked them to help and resources someone asked despite it not being in the nature of this blog's intent. 

And if you haven't noticed, on each post it is stated which company the product is from. All it takes is common sense to search up the company's website to find its products.

Please do not come here and tell us we're not doing things very 'well' when it's not our job nor obligation in the first place. This blog was started up as a hobby as we thought it'd be nice to share information with fellow fans since we received lots of questions about it on our personal blogs. But we by no means have an obligation to fulfil requests, answer questions, translate information or anything. We can just as easily stop posting or not answer any queries. 

And, honestly, if this is the kind of attitude and topic that will pop up too frequently, we will close this blog. There is no use in continuing something and spending our time on it when you cannot appreciate everything we've done so far and come up telling us how to do things.
