Will Murphy having a bash at Red Square E2 5b over at Nesscliffe. Really nice little line, one of the easiest at the crag which is pretty mental to think about. Lovely burly top crux, lay back bridging on some nothing crack; brilliant position.
In other news, Will managed his ultra marathon with exceptional results, his first race and he finished 20th out of over 500 people and raised over £3000 for motor neuron disease. A complete inspiration here at OpenCrag.
Finally back climbing hard again, managed to stick the Crux move on this beast at the local crag Nesscliffe the climbs a traverse on some Nasty crimps, it eases off after about half way but the start is just pure sustained pulling it's called 'little northumberland V9' if you're feeling up to it it's absolutely fantastic! Especially with it being on the terrace, probably the most beautiful spot in Shropshire... Although I had a bit of a plateau with climbing, focusing on photography but I feel like I've found a good middle ground now. Getting the memory back of pulling hard and projecting, I forgot how much I missed it! #climbing #climbing_pictures_of_instagram #bouldering #opencrag #climber #climb #rockclimbing #nesscliffe #project #saynototheplateau (at Nesscliffe)
Taken with a new member of OpenCrag @samswheatley over at Nesscliffe (he's bigger in person, promise) we've got him out for his first roped day. Looking strong on Marlene, hopefully he'll crush it in the coming weeks! Hope all you guys are enjoying the weather today! #climbing_pictures_of_instagram #opencrag #climbing #rockclimbing #nesscliffe (at Nesscliffe)
Sorry about that few month delay there, lots of inspiration lost. This was last Summer over at Nesscliffe on Little Northumberland V9/f7C. So close to getting this one done, only 2-3 sessions of good conditions to keep falling off the last hard move before the V0 finish. This will be done in the coming weeks, I can feel it. Hopefully we’re back guys!

Modern Quarry Tiles Uncovered and Restored in Nesscliffe
This customer had just bought a house in the small Shropshire village of Nesscliffe. Like many new property owners, she was keen to make some changes to the interior decoration, deciding to pull up the carpet they she didn't like that covered almost the entire ground floor of the house. Upon doing so she and her partner discovered a large area of original Quarry tiles. They decided that instead of replacing the carpet with a new one, they would keep the original floor and attempt to restore Read more at http://shropshire.tiledoctor.biz/modern-quarry-tiles-uncovered-and-restored-in-nesscliffe/
