After more than 6 years I have finally made it to the nether roof on my long-term survival world. Thank you bugrock

made some good progress today, been working on this world since September 10th 2024 and I plan to make an enderman farm as my main goal. I now have some eyes and have a good idea of where the stronghold is, so I want to fight the dragon this week. Lucas suggested to make a gold farm on the nether roof, so I pearled thru the bedrock to set up the portal, after having some trouble with my existing portal, I think it works but I will have to get back to it tomorrow; I usually get a few hours in when I get home after work.

Holy shit. What the fuck.

So I'm playing minecraft, right? And I set up a nether portal in an igloo because it's close to my future megabase. Since I don't know where the portal leads, I try to equip my chestplate from my hotbar, instead I end up sleeping in the igloo bed while I'm going through the nether portal. Guess who's currently on top of the bedrock nether roof? In bedrock edition. What the fuck. Desperately trying to find any evidence of roof generation glitches. Wish me luck.
