It’s been a good bit since Nettlesprout bit the dust (I miss her💔), but looking back at her interactions with Wheatstalk, did the two like each other? Or were they just good friends?
I also miss Nettie :( And no, there weren't any romantic feelings between them. They were decently close friends, tho!
(Tbqh, I don't even know if Wheatstalk knows HOW to be romantically interested in mollies. It's only ever toms with them in game, which is so hilarious to me)
