Dr. Amy Farrah Fowler is an exceptionally intelligent woman, highly regarded in her field of neurobiology. She was incredibly socially awkward, rigid and pretty emotionless, but eventually becomes incredibly outgoing, compassionate and she is creative and spontaneous. She is a loyal friend and a very loving wife with a very kinky personality.

Mayin Bialik plays Amy with perfect comedic timing, and brings that warmth that kind people tend to have. Amy is definitely one of my favourite characters from this sitcom.
