when i went to disney world for the first time as a child whenever we were at the hotel i ended up watching the tourist information channel. this does not sound too alarming until you learn that this channel consisted of a half-hour guide program, played on an infinite loop. the television had nickelodeon and disney channel btw.

im concerned my antidepressants aren't working anymore, but im also scared of feeling like im subconsciously expecting them to 'fix' me and i know that's not how it works but.... i dont know things seem as if they've been persistently harder, just quieter. and even if that's so, what can i really do? i cant afford any kind of therapy, and my doctor is good and all but he doesn't like changing my meds unless im also in therapy. besides which, he's a general doctor who seems pretty pill-happy, and im not sure i feel like im receiving the intake care i need from him
