So two times in the past month I've been informed of something I already know very well:

I was watching GOF and during the Yule Ball fight scene I made a comment about jealous!Ron and someone insightfully told me that Ron and Hermione were fighting "because they like each other."

My roommate is FINALLY reading the HP books and she's on GOF. She's just messaged me on facebook to inform me that "Ron has a crush on Hermione."

This is hilarious for obvious reasons but mostly it's heartwarming to see people have the same revelation I did more than a decade ago.
