Today was epic in so many ways. 150 classes at FLY. I mean… WHAT? There are so many reasons to love this milestone but I’ll keep it short: . . 1. FLYfam: my riders, the SCs, the instructors. I’ve met the most engaging, entertaining and wonderful people working at Flywheel I can’t even put it into words. So I won’t. Pictures do a better job. 2. The sweat: Sweat happens. And when it does, it is full of energy, effort, emotion. And I wouldn’t have it any other way. I appreciate every drop, every bead, every puddle spilled on that floor. 3. The shirt: Today one of my faves came in a t-shirt with a 150 spelled out with pictures of me and it literally made my week. I’m smiling just thinking about it. These types of people and connections are what keep me smiling every single time I walk in that studio. . . Thank you to everyone who contributed to this one.
