Iris, lavender, and anemone for the meme?
From this meme:
Iris: If your muse could convey one last message to someone they have lost or left behind, what would it be?
"If I had the chance, I'd let Master Drogan know how much I respected and loved him, how far his teachings have taken me in life...how much of a father he was to me in the end...then hopefully, I could gain some closure on his passing."
Lavender: How easy is it to gain your muse’s trust? Once their trust is broken, how might one go about mending it?
{{It can take time, particularly when it comes to Dhana opening up about her vulnerabilities and being sincere. Her usual deflecting humour makes the process deliberately challenging in an attempt to throw folk off.
If you are unfortunate enough to lose the mage's trust, you will be lucky to regain it - especially when she has bared herself emotionally and mentally. Dhana remembers negative events far more frequently than positive ones, and in these type of situations specifically.
Regaining trust - as I said - whilst tricky, isn't impossible. Be prepared for a slow burn. Actions may sometimes speak louder than words, but both will be needed to win her back over. Grandiose displays will be met with withering reproach, as will gaslighting behaviour - indeed, death is likely to those that attempt this method of reconciliation.
My advice is to listen, have patience and give her time. Show her you are sincere, prove you are willing to stand by her, but display your backbone by standing up to her when you don't agree. She respects humanity in its entirety - warts and all.}}
Anemone: How does your muse view the world; as a cruel & unforgiving place, a land full of wonders, or something in - between? Where does that world view come from ( what experiences, life lessons, etc. )?
"Definitely somewhere in between. It's hardly a ball of sunshine and rainbows, nor constant hellfire - unless you are on a suitable plane of existence, or have pissed Xanos off royally. It isn't balanced either, in my opinion. I find there is sometimes prolonged periods of peace and quiet, intersected with frantic action and death. Tis what keeps it all interesting."
"In terms of where I've developed this view? Well, living said life on a daily basis. It isn't all that exciting a revelation really. I grew up in a humble home with my ma, and travelled place to place. Learned to keep up with the pace of life, else get left behind. The academy honed my skill set so that I may better handle the world in which I exist, and the rest is history. Of course I'm still learning, fucking up ever so often. Gives me something to work on."
