New Match

When she sends me a message, my heart beats with excitement. Curiosity consumes me as I wonder what she could have possibly said. Our convos never really have a topic of discussion yet, they never seem to end. Even when we fall asleep on each other, we wake up and continue the conversation as if it never stopped in the first place. She gets my humor, she accepts my sarcasm. I love her kindness, and I admire her big heart. She gets me to see things in different perspectives, meanwhile, I challenge her to pursue her dreams. Although we aren't competing, we provide enough push to better one another. The crazy part is, we have never met. She lives about 2500 miles away, but as soon as I hear my phone go off, I feel her right beside me. It's like I've been trained to instantly smile when I hear my phone make a sound. But just the same, I instantly get disappointed when it's someone else. Maybe I'm just caught in the hype of building something new. Or it could be that I'm ecstatic to find someone who possesses qualities you could only dream of. Regardless, I'm deeply invested to learn more about her...
