This week the team discovered that their de facto (she never asked for it let’s be honest) leader, Eska, is actually only seventeen.

Sixteen when she crossed the seas to fulfill a purpose laid out before her but not fully understood. Didn’t think we’d start digging into her backstory yet but she did a Sending to check on her family, and things were not well. It brought her from careful quiet calm that they’ve known for a year, to a barely adult who left her people behind to help strangers. Was good character roleplay and now we are in the abyss about to be snake food so go us.
