Semblance: Reach, a semblance that allows him to literally reach into the minds of others and read their thoughts and see recent memories. He can only use it on one person at a time, but the semblance itself never seems to deplete itself. Some say that his semblance and seeing what people are really thinking behind their nice facade’s is what drove him to being such a bleak cynic.
Weapon: A pair of boots that are an updated version of his father’s weapon. He refuses to name them, much to the dismay of many of his peers. His response is mainly “They’re just boots, calm down”. He also has concealed knives in them, pulling them out as a sneak attack.
Emblem: A black eye, open and ever vigilant and forever watching, much like his semblance.

Jet is an aspiring cook and has been in the kitchen since he was seven years of age. The family love his cooking and openly bad mouth cooks who are not Jet when they go out to eat. He also turns the food black (most times) with activated charcoal or food dye.
Jet and Mars are best friends and are currently trying to form a band together. Jet plays Guitar, Mars is on keyboard, and both sing. Elio Belladonna and Morgen Schnee are new trial members.
They often jam out in Jet’s garage or bedroom, much to Merc and Em’s dismay.
Jet was born deformed, his left leg barely developing past his hip while he was still a fetus. Mercury designed and custom built his son’s prosthetic leg. He has since taught Jet how to maintain and build his own appendage since the boy was 10.
His favorite food is Squid Ink Pasta with cherry tomatoes, onions and basil. This and many other of his own recipes can be found on his person at all times.
He often times writes out his feelings and creativity in a diary, because “traditional writing and drawing is a lost art”. It's all done in calligraphy style.
Emerald taught him how to pick pocket as a child and it is admittedly a hard habit to break. If…ya know, he was trying to break it.
The only thing in his life worth making a fuss about is his family and loved ones. He refuses to bend-over-backwards for most people, but if his parents, sister, or friends need him, he’ll be there for them in a heartbeat.
Jet has been drunk once and it ended with his father finding him shit-faced in his bed. After a long, heated argument, Mercury and Jet reconciled and the "no alcohol" law in their home was reinstated.
Jet knows all about Mercury and Emerald's past. He often thinks about how grateful he is that he never met his grandfather, Marcus.
Jet doesn’t fall in love easily. He has had dates and one-night stands, but the longest relationship for him was with his fellow teammate and partner, Magenta. For the most part, Jet goes through life a bachelor. It won’t be until he is in his mid to late 20′s that a stunning woman barges into his life and changes that for good.
He becomes a huntsman and travels the world for two solid years before returning home and opening his own restaurant, “Pitch-Black”, where he, head chef and manager, makes signature elements of a dish black. Its success and Jet is left wanting for nothing with the money he makes.
He’s 5′10″ and will end up being 6″ by the time he’s done growing
