I was quacking and goose-ing and thought they were coming for me until I realize they were going for the food. The lady works for the Department of Environment and Natural Resources. She explained to me that these animals are unable to fend for themselves after being spoiled-fed with bread, which is bad for these animals. Most of them do not migrate and rely on handouts. We humans may have the best intentions but it doesn't benefit much of nature. I got to pet and feed the ducks and geese. I'm still ecstatic.
