Its been a while since i posted any progress pictures. My arms are a little bigger, so is my chest and back as well as my legs. I am currently focusing on legs. They aren't as big as i would like them to be yet.

Time to put in some hard work.
My original plan was to post back progress today, except I don't think it ready yet. Although I have seen strength gains I have seen much size yet.

I need to rant for a moment.
I wish society would focus more on people being healthy than being skinny. There is such a big difference. People die trying to be skinny! Be healthy, eat right, exercise. Forget what the scale says. If you want to lose weight there is no shortcut. You must change your lifestyle. Eating right and exercising is the only way, and anyone who says there is a shortcut is lying.
Work for your dreams
