Since Its my 1st PM shift for the year and I had left home super esrly:- i managed to drop by Burger King to try their new item:- Salmon Mentaiko Burger. . A salmon burger patty with cheese, lettuce, tomato,onion and cheese slice. Topped with mentaiko flavoured sauce. . Salmon patty was fine- not dry. The mentaiko sauce:- small dollop. Yesterday's Post Work Tummy growl got me heading to McDonald's for their new item; Hokkaido Salmon Burger meal which comes with Seaweed Shaker fries. . Nothing fancy about it... it features a Hokkaido Salmon patty in a crispy panko breaded coating. The salmon, claimed to be sourced from Hokkaido, is topped with shredded white cabbage, and dressed with roasted sesame mayo. . 3/5 on taste. Salmon turns out okay, not dry. Not briny or bland too.
