Let's talk about forgiving ourselves which in my opinion is harder than forgiving others. I wasn't consistent this week, I allowed self-doubt to overcome. I was going to quit this week, not with working out, but with sharing my journey because I didn't think I had a story others would want to hear. Quitting this business because I didn't think I could have success when I haven't even given myself a chance to shine! I wallowed in self-pity and gave in to my depression this week. So thanks to my husband's motivational conversation my flame is relit. I am forgiving myself for last week and picking myself back up. I am committed to Train Consistently with continuous planning to make sure I am always striving for my best self! You want to join my journey of a better you?
