Can’t believe this is happening but our beautiful Gloria who has had everything done including full vaccinations is still waiting for a home offer. No one has even asked to meet her. Two black cats, almost identical but not related. Millie and Lottie thought to be 8 and 11 years old. Their owner who has clearly showered love on them for years has sadly become very unwell and yesterday her brother and sister in law drove down from Manchester to pick these lovely girls up and surrender to The New Moon. It’s very sad when you just can’t explain they are still loved but due to poor health their owner is going to a care home. Vet checked and boosters done this morning and both in lovely condition although it’s clear Millie has been helping herself to pudding weighing in just under 6kg! No turkey for her at Christmas if they are lucky enough to get offered a home. A pair of older black cats is probably the hardest to rehome but they are very friendly and purring is not a problem. Please help these girls find a loving new home. This is Binky. He was found as a stray in Wallington and came into us very late on the 4th October. We have tried very hard to find his owner but no one has claimed him 😞. After a trip to the vets and various blood tests we have learned he is an elderly boy and very sadly has stage 4 kidney failure and suffers from anaemia 😿 Angie kindly offered to be his fosterer and is giving lots of love and liver dinners( to help with his anaemia). Binky has fallen in love with Angie’s elderly female cat Frankie 😻.
