The Boppers - (Inspired by the 80's movie cult classic The Warriors)
Last night saw the opening of a new show curated by New Rule Collective at Londons 5th Base Gallery. A brilliant concept which sees 22 different artists given a specific gang from within the film and making a piece of work based on them.
I was given the smooth talking slick ricks known as 'The Boppers' and wanted to focus my piece around gang interaction whilst using a retro game-like aesthetic... it was good fun!
The show is on from 11th-17th April, so if you're around Brick Lane area, go check it out!
