Try light exercises before bed and make sure you aren’t using your phone like 30 minutes to an hour before u plan on going to sleep. This is cheesy but meditating for like 5 mins before bed works rlly well too. You could also trying playing soft music throughout the night, just make sure that whatever it is isn’t gonna wake u up or make you feel nervous at all during your sleep. i only just saw this but thanks for the tips!! i usually do my exercise in the evening anyway so i might try to do a little bit extra before i sleep & i definitely need to get into the habit of not being on my phone before bed i think too!!! i usually listen to music to go to sleep anyway so that definitely helps me sleep! thank you tho!! hopefully i can kick them soon!
