Starting Nov 8th, the city has worked towards dismissing and weaving fees of open cannabis cases which totaled more than 2,400. The city’s municipal court has strictly dealt with possession cases and does not handle cases involving intent to distribute, or other more severe crimes. (I.E. Generally misdemeanor crimes that do not involve a jury). Does this feel right to you?
