This just in Newt is hella queer, like gender identity and sexuality.

Note that Newt has never been coddled. Ever. She has always been thrown straight into whatever task she has been given. Especially with supernatural affairs. She is was told to shift at will for the first time by her father. When she couldn't she was thrust into a situation where she needed to shift to live. Newt was thrust into writing the field guide, her grandmother on her deathbed gives seventeen year old new a leather bound book and directs her to notes and tells her to complete the book while in America. When Newt falls in love, it isn't slow. It's fast paced and breathless. But when she finds out that her lover isn't who she thought he tries to kill her. Leaving her scarred and untrusting.

I lost one of my larvae today, I think it was the stress of morphing :c Multiple deaths are to be expected when raising them but it still sucks when one dies unexpectedly.

Noodle is still laying eggs! I have collected 64 eggs so far, minus the 4 that went bad :c If she keeps going, I'll have to leave the rest in the parent tank since I'll run out of space :s
