• when or if I started shipping it: i actually shipped them since the very beginning? like thominho and nalby are the otps but newmas is my first tmr ship omg i shipped it since their first convo ngl

• my thoughts: "probably the most fucking depressing thing you can ship in this series oh man"• What makes me happy about them:  newt is the first one who treats thomas decently and he's thomas' first friend and even in tdc it's mentioned how thomas didn't appreciate enough how much newt meant to him and newt isn't a trusting person but his trust in thomas is stellar and he just cares for him so much. newt grounds thomas and is his calm and just seein newt smile reassures thomas and makes himself feel like everything is okay i am so• What makes me sad about them: PLEASE TOMMY PLEASE• things done in art/fic that annoys me: basically whenever newt's mental illness is handled poorly??? also, this doesn't annoy me but im sad bc no one draws newt with long hair anymore????• things I look for in art/fic: anything with good characterization. im not really a fan of canon era newmas so pre-maze era or AUs are my faves• Who I’d be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other: thominho and nalby of course• My happily ever after for them: after a long life, thomas opens his eyes. he finds a different kind of paradise. then there's a voice saying, "took you long enough, tommy".• what is their favorite non-sexual activity? just curling up together and talking and playing with each other's hair and being total nerds
