I'm not gonna get in to what confused or disappointed me about The Crimes of Grindelwald, I'm just going to say that I would be completely happy with a series where Newt tells Jacob all about his creatures and those that he left in the wild, working his way through his book. He passionately rambles about how he met the various beasts, their names, their quirky habits and Jacob listens and watches in rapture joyously learning all about these wonderful magical beings. Those living in his case or London property he gets to meet and learn how to care for under Newt's tutelage. In between the fantastical tales they go and visit Albus for a cup of tea who has a soft spot for Newt and his heart of gold. He leaves out extra teaspoons and milk just in case.
