My Dear friend broccoli! 😂 Fun fact: I hated broccoli. Broccoli and I were mortal enemies. I used to say that you couldn’t pay me to eat that. And look a me now!! I love broccoli. I had to change my mentality and be open to try new things if I was going to be successful in my fitness journey.
