When Master Chef is OUT!! ;) ;) My own version of Sweet and Sour Shrimp :) :) Ingredients; √ Peeled shrimp √ chili powder √ siling labuyo √ soy sauce √ sugar √ Garlic √ginger √ spring onions √ oil √ tomato sauce √ salt and pepper to taste Procedures; 1. Mix the tomato sauce, soy sauce and sugar into the bowl. Set aside. 2. Heat oil in the frying pan. 3. Put the garlic and ginger. Saute for 2-5 seconds or until brown 4. Put the peeled shrimp. Stir and saute for 10-20 mins. 5. Put chilli powder and sailing labuyo then stir. 6. Pour out the mixture then stir. 7. Put salt and pepper to taste. 8. Transfer it to the serving plate. 9. Top it with minced spring onions. 10. Enjoy. ;)
