tbh i have no idea what reasoning anyone could possibly use to justify zimmerman's acquittal

who attacked first was the shakiest part of this case, so let's assume martin did attack zimmerman first. if this is what happened that day, martin would still have been in the legal right. he was attempting to subdue someone who would later admit to purposely following him for blocks, and was therefore justified by florida law.

during the fight, zimmerman is allegedly pinned under a teenage lightweight and thinks to shoot him in the head before attempting to push him off and fighting back, and then goes on to not even be charged with so much as manslaughter for ending the life of someone who had broken no laws and had done nothing wrong
