first i’m going to direct u to this post about how much amanda didn’t like wes and wes was so ???? about her
wes called amanda “jean” (her surname) all the time and amanda thought that was lame because “why doesn’t he just call me amanda i don’t understa nd”
one day he did slip and said “amanda” and she was so embarrassed because it became such a thing to just call her jean and they had to come to terms w their FEELINGS what kind of losers
“you’re a butt” “loser” “dweeb” “dork” “NERD” banter. all the time.
they make a pretty good team. like a good cop bad cop routine. it’s really geeky.
both of them aren’t super affectionate around others?? like in public they’d probably hold hands but that’s kind of where it ends but when they’re alone they’re SO ROMANTIC it’s lame
they’re actually v comfortable around each other and like to tease each other all the time and be annoying best friends and sometimes people like payton would be like “you guys... need to be more couple-y” and immediately they team up and act dramatically romantic
wes, however, can be really smooth and sometimes unintentionally says something sweet to amanda around others and she gets so embarrassed... like she lives in a state of embarrassment
amanda is wes’s Study Buddy and she’s a super encouraging and helpful Nerd Friend and wes truly appreciates her bad jokes and drive to help him pass
they’re lame and can be cute sometimes. gross
