4. yes the Lord of the Rings soundtracks are amazing/perfect, but Howl’s Moving Castle and Rush also have some amazing music that is just *chef’s kiss* for those particular movies (honestly I could go on, but this is my quickest take)

27. The Princess Bride - because the film is wonderful on its own and the meta intertextuality of the book would not vibe in a movie. ALSO just let us see them kiss, S. Morgenstern!!!

48. I don’t really watch movies I don’t like to “get them”, but I guess I didn’t really like Ex Machina, but the I still will enjoy elements of it/the aesthetics...

54. FUCK this is the hardest one... Stand By Me comes to mind, but also queer coming of age movies are really important to me - like The Way He Looks and The Incredibly True Adventure of Two Girls in Love
