Tonight’s game was rough to watch…the rangers were aggressive. I was on edge the entire game. As always Marky was on his game but OT was hard to watch. I always appreciate watching Jack Hughes school the rangers but I was ready for more from him. Don’t get me wrong he played a good game. Honestly I thought Matt Rempe would be more of a problem considering it was his first game back from a long suspension. The only thing I saw was him basically flip Luke Hughes after being on the ice for like 10 seconds. Nico was carrying with the face-offs but the Rangers were defending him like crazy. The Devils played a good game but you can’t win ‘em all. Hoping for some good luck once we’re back playing at the rock.

Final takeaways: Markstrom deserves a raise, Jack Hughes owns the Rangers, Matt Rempe is a problem, and Nico deserved better
