Oh, man that sucks. Well if she has 8 or less villagers, and none have the same personality as the villager she wants she could use the reset method? (although it might take a while, but the villager will be original)

yeah I think that's what she's attempting right now to get villagers in general. I dunno, she tried explaining it to me but I was playing Skyrim so was only half listening n_n

I understand it’s hard to trust random people, but she could always just quickly check their blog before trading (to see how long they’ve been posting/if they seem legit) that’s what I did and it was fine every time for me!

I know nothing about the game so I don't know aha. She just said she used a tumblr like that to get Lucky and he was in bad condition and the person had bought all his stuff or something. (That probably makes more sense to you than it does to me.)
