Thank you so much for your lovely comments on my Impulse drawing this year... I'm cradling them in metaphorical hands like a star crafted just for me. And thank y'all for running this challenge. I have to say yet again, that this is the only monthly art challenge I've ever completed - and I'm going on my third year this year, even if I've skipped bonus days this year. I... Each year I've noticed so much improvement in my art as the month has gone by, and I've noticed the same this year. I don't think, at the start of the month, I could've drawn this Impulse piece as cool and realistically as I did yesterday. And yet, yesterday, I think I drew the coolest horse I've ever drawn. And part of that is because of y'all, and your encouragement and the dedication y'all put into running this challenge. So. Again. Thank you all, so much. 🩵🩵🩵🫂🩵🩵🩵

KALA you are SO sweet. You put so much thought into every design choice which I LOVE reading about. Even with the horse designs! I don’t know anything about horses beyond what I learned playing Barbie Horse Adventure on the xbox as a kid lol, but you explain your reasoning and I’m like “mhm yes of course.” I’m just feeding back to you a tiny fraction of the love you put into your characters.

Seeing community members experiment and improve with their art and take delight in it has sneakily become my favorite part of May. It makes so happy to hear you say this ^.^
