Morning | @aecoffeeroasters got my #beergeek impulse buy perfectly with the barrel aged coffee, but wow does this smell and taste good! Aged in whiskey casks from @djinnspirits it has some bright whiskey in the open and close mwlding beautifully with the coffee to pull smooth charred caramel, hints of wood, soft eucalyptus (?) And just round beautiful flavor to the mouth. I'm told this is even better cold brewed so that's where the rest of the bag is heading.
