Good news for 2016

After 3 months of chemo I had my 'halfway' scan and the results were surprising. The mass on my pancreas was 'undetectable'. Not all of the pancreas can be see on a CT scan so this doesn't mean it has gone however a really positive result. The metastatic disease on my liver has remained the same. The report said the disease is stable so all in all a REALLY positive result. Chemo is certainly not easy and I still have more to get through. It is however giving me hope and time with the people I love. The last 6 pics were taken around the hospital where I have my treatment. You have got to love our NHS, it's amazing; a healthcare system that treats anyone, the only criteria is that you are human. We have to fight for it to remain as it is and fight this government who are trying to sell it up bit by bit to the highest corporate bidder and turn it in to a system that will only treat people on the basis of their ability to pay.
