The recovery Run. So important but I have seen so many people don’t use it to its full potential. The key is to just breathe easy, run at a jog or a very slow pace and just let the legs flow. It’s nothing hard about it. There is no racing. It’s just you out there letting your body be fluid and become relax. I love this one so much sometimes because sometimes this is where I get the most meditation and where my mind just wanders. Feeling free and awesome way to be. 1.5 Incline at 6.3 pace. The sprints make the run. Just when your body says no more, the sprints say YES PLEASE. lol Very satisfied on this #monday 1.5 Incline at 7.9/7:35 pace. Picked up .1/7:30 at 20 minutes. At 27 minutes picked up to 8.1/7:24. The last 10 minutes were a battle between my mind and body. This happened 2 days ago as well. I refused to give in again. One cannot progress if the easy road is kept being taken. So glad I kept on. 20 minute warm up. 1.5 Incline with 7.9/7:35 pace. At 23 minutes picked up by .1 to 7:30. At 28:30 picked up again by .1 to 7:24.
