Junqing fancied themselves acook, but they’re a damn liar. The last time they tried to cook something moredifficult than a microwave meal, the oven caught fire. They’re not sure what itis—they’ve got the magic touch, if “magic” means “disastrous.” Junqing quicklylearned that it was more of a gift for them notto cook for their sister; these days they order in, the corners of a pizza boxbalanced on either sibling’s knee, a shitty soap opera or some dated thriller playingfor them to laugh and throw popcorn at.
