Quick question! In Garul’s tarot card, is that figure embracing him meant to be Kynareth, or his wife Amrael? Also love your work!

It’s meant to be ambiguous!!! Since Garul’s card is The World it could be interpreted as either Kynareth/religion offering him peace and fulfilment at the end of his life, or Amrael welcoming him into Aetherius

was there only two parts to it?? its the perfect length I devoured it whole don't get me wrong loll. But the casual ableism towards Annie was never really spoken about?? or like apologised for by the m/c?? unless that was the point (unreliable narrator)

only two parts!! and yes, that was done intentionally. i was going to add a part to the end where finnick suggests using katniss's mother as a caretaker or something along those lines (because that's what happens at the end of mockingjay, anyway) but i felt like 1. that defeated the purpose of the apology from finnick and adding another 'but'. and 2. there is resentment toward annie from y/n. yes, the things she said about annie are not okay, and it's likely something addressed in the future of their relationship, or a few weeks down the line when they're no longer trapped in the sewer and she's had time to properly sort her feelings out, yknow?
