Tbh, fma03 would be interesting bc it’s a universe where Ed becomes his mother not his father really.

and coincidently ed’s sin in 03 is sloth, aka Trisha!!

I was re reading FMA, and I just noticed that Paninya was actually in the panel where Ed gets swarmed after winning the arm wrestling contest in Rush Valley

ayyyyyeee yeah there she is! I found her twice actually!

Is ed being 5'6 at the end of the series real?? ive seen a lot of people say that but like is there an actual source?? lol

It’s not canon per se, but there is this height chart that shows a lot of the characters’ heights near the end of the series

and from this we can see Winry is about 5’3” and if we compare her and Ed in the end family photo, we can see Ed’s height compared to hers.

So from that we can kind of infer Ed’s height post-series, but it’s not actually confirmed anywhere! In all honesty, to me he looks closer to 5’8” post-series so that’s my headcanon but yeah!

You know I was watching fma clips on YouTube and one of my favorite fight entrance truly belongs to king Bradley cause I know villain etc whatever but it was just so epic even till the end he went down a king

God when I was younger I hated King Bradley lol

And like, he’s still not great. At all. Genocide and all, you know.

But he’s a victim of Amestris too, and pretty much had his entire humanity robbed so….yeah.

I appreciate his character sooo much more now. (Not like, appreciate)

Yeah his fight with Scar is just top tier. It’s such a fantastic ending for both of their characters.

It’s a new year and we’re almost halfway through, which means my annual rewatch is coming up lol.

FMA is the perfect anime not despite the happy ending it has, but because it's such a happy and fulfilling ending. Finally, an ending that's satisfying and ends well for most of our beloved characters

I read it when I was 12 and my love for it has never gone away or lessened, which says a lot how much it impacted me

Considering the fact I’m drawn to mostly every villain in a show I watch, it was no surprise Kimblee caught my eye in FMAB. He was an interesting character to watch and I loved his last moments, it was like a big middle finger lol! I was actually satisfied with his ending

Yeah I think FMA is the first series where I actually gave a shit about a villain character. I loved Envy soooo much and I still do lol

Kimblee I HATED when I first got through the series, but I was a kid and I didn't appreciate his character. But I definitely do now. He's a great character. I mean I hate him but he contributes a lot to the story.

He's a terrible, terrible, god awful person. Which is why his ending was just *chefs kisses* lol (so was Envy's imo; all the villains in FMA had great resolutions but Envy's was my favorite)

Have any fun FMA headcanons?

AHHHH I normally don’t do headcanons but FMA is a series I’ve held close to my heart for so long (13 years lmao) that I feel like I know the cast enough to say my headcanons out loud LOL

Okay here’s some:

Ed and Winry had a wedding, and it ended up being way bigger than they wanted it to be because everyone loves them and they showed up anyway, turning it into a big party (cue Jim and Pam’s wedding from the office lmao) this includes the Mustang Brigade, the Curtis’s, and Olivier and her crew too

Roy and Riza were definitely at their wedding “together”

Ling and Lan Fan absolutely were at their wedding, also “together”

Ling and Ed remained best friends throughout the years until forever, and they visit each other’s countries every few years

Roy and Riza don’t get married until they retire from military life, and when they finally do get married it’s the biggest event of the century, and everybody was there to witness it

Roy and Ed absolutely become drinking buddies

Scar doesn’t talk to or see Ed and Winry, but he sends his regards wishing them well through Roy or Olivier, and they’re cool with that

Al and May are a free spirit couple and they travel the world together—not sure if they have kids or not 🤔

Ling breaks that ridiculous tradition of having 50 kids like a maniac and marries Lan Fan and they have a normal family lol

Ling was a good leader, and led his country exactly like he said he would

And Roy and Riza visit Rush Valley for “work”, but Roy actually just wants to see Ed’s kids. But he doesn’t admit that.

And lastly, Idk what day of the year it would be, but at least once a year, this happens.

I think that’s all that’s come off the top of my head lol
