All I see is “oh fuck me” but in a British accent. Is that strange? Probably
He's mouthing 'Oh, fuck me'...
... so, not at all ;) That's why I like this gif so much. He's obviously not allowed to say it out loud on Teen Wolf, and in the show I'm pretty sure all you hear is "Oaff..." before he trails off, but we all know how much Dylan likes to cuss ;)
