So I have this lead foot that sometimes causes trouble for me. Well last night, it did just that. I got pulled over doing 55 or something like that in a 25. 🤦‍♀️ The Officer was very nice and just had a “chat” with me on how he would be rich for every time he pulled over a Jersey plate car for speeding. Well, DE, you are just a tad too slow for my lead foot. So I got off the hook, thanks for my NJ plates and for being friendly! Now I can walk faster than I drive when I’m going through Dewey Beach! Irish attitude towards crime

As most people know, there’s not a lot of crime in Ireland. But since there’s been a lot of gangland shootings and assassination attempts, police are on edge. On my way to buy Ben and Jerry’s, I discovered police officers with actual guns outside my house. Most of people would have turned back. But I wanted ice cream. You’ll never know true amusement until you see an armed police officer trying not to laugh as a teenager skated towards him with w tub of Ben and Jerry’s in hand.
