A homemade and quick meal: Greek yogurt with: a bit of honey, cinnamon, vanilla and raspberries *-*
I don't really like to eat, so anything I eat (anything at all) makes me fell completely full. But... I gotta eat right? And that meal satisfies me, always, and just that. It doesn't make me fell full or other stuff... :) You should try it haha
