His councilor said, “It’s a good tool to maintain a level of self awareness you may not have had in the past.” His support group leader said, “All adults struggle with the difference between knowing who they are, and what they think they can handle.” But it was also said that addiction doesn’t take sick-days, and the notebook’s a reminder.”
