so, Nicolas Cage has a movie coming out this year that I’ve been losing my mind over for a couple days now. the trailer is one of the funniest things I’ve seen recently, and I have no idea how to handle it. I mean, he plays a fictionalized version of himself! it looks like it’s gonna be horrible! I can’t wait to watch it!
and it comes out on April 22nd of this year
now, in my recent quest to understand the appeal of Nicolas Cage, I was looking at old photo shoots of his, including this one from 2005.
upon seeing one of these images, my dear friend and confidant @wonderbound made this absolutely groundbreaking observation:

so on April 22nd, 2022, I will be changing my icon to this image. it’s haunting, and it stares into your soul, and it actually looks really good as an icon tbh
