Black History in the making 💐 When I see a link up like this, I see the potential for independently produced Hollywood-level Black cinema. Dame Dash has always been about ownership and independence, whether it was within the music industry or the film industry. And Nicky Slimting has displayed a similar mentality. Both men have a substantial list of film credits for roles including producing, directing, writing, and even acting. Nicky produced both "The Intent" movies and even co-directed "The Intent 2", along with @FemiOyeniran (another force to be reckoned with). Dame used to live in London and always appreciated our culture. It would be groundbreaking if these guys worked together, shared their knowledge and resources, and interlinked networks.
