I'm looking for a few partners to create a team that will Invest and build Wealth. I'm in the DMV area but you don't have to be. We can attack the end goals from different areas. The team will consist of RE Agent or Investor; Loan Officer; RE Attorney; Bookkeeper/Accountant; Appraisers; Electricians; Plumbers; Carpenters; Builders etc.
Criteria: Someone WILLING to invest in themselves. Invest time, invest energy, invest their efforts into building something long term. An HONEST individual. You must be willing to be honest with yourself 1st then you can be honest with others! A male/female that's ready to be a PROFESSIONAL. Willing to learn something new if you don't know. Willing to learn more if you are familiar or even have experience. This is Investing; being an Entrepreneur; Your own Boss so understand that PAY IS ON THE BACKEND FOR EVERYONE. There is NO salary, NO hourly wage.
Vision: Create a team that will STRATEGICALLY invest in Real Estate, residential and commercial. Buy back our community with proceeds and create wealth individually and for our community.
Skills Required: HONESTY, PROFESSIONALISM, AMBITION.
No upfront funds are needed! Only that which is needed to get YOU started BUT that DOES NOT have to happen overnight. If you are NOT knowledgeable in this area BE WILLING to put in work to learn.
